At Reliant Stones, we want to ensure your materials are handled safely and efficiently. Whether you are collecting your order yourself or having it delivered to your project site, please take note of our standard procedures below.
Our Sampling Program
We invite you to view our stone quality firsthand before finalizing your project.
- Limits & Availability: You may request up to 4 complimentary small-sized samples.
- Collection: Available in NSW, Queensland and Victoria at various warehouses.
- Mail Delivery: If you cannot visit us, we can post them nationwide from Sydney. Please allow 3–4 business days for dispatch and 3–7 business days for delivery.
Collecting Your Order from the Warehouse
If you choose to pick up your order directly from our warehouses, please note the safety regulations:
- Preparation Time: We require2 to 3 business days to safely pack and stage your order. We are unable to accommodate same-day or unannounced pickups.
- Health & Safety (OH&S Restrictions): For insurance and safety reasons, our warehouse staffare strictly prohibited from hand-loading materials into private vehicles.
- Forklift Assistance: We provide complimentary forklift loading for appropriate commercial vehicles, such as Utes, Trailers, and Trucks. Securing the load legally for transit is entirely the customer’s responsibility.
- Storage Policy: We will store your prepared order for2 weeks free of charge. If your project is delayed past this window, a fee of$10 per pallet, per week (plus GST) will apply and must be paid before the stock is released.
Home and Site Delivery Services
We partner with professional third-party freight companies to deliver your stone.
- Timelines: Once your invoice is fully paid, your order will be dispatched within 3-4 business days. Delivery takes roughly 4–6 business days for Metropolitan areas and 4–8 business days for Regional locations.
- Important Site Requirements: The delivery trucks use heavy machinery (cranes and forklifts) to unload. You must ensure your site has a clear access path at least2.2 meters wide, and acompletely flat, hard, and level surface (such as concrete or bitumen). Drivers cannot safely unload on steep slopes, gravel, or soft soil.
- Pricing: Delivery fees are calculated directly by our transport partners based on your specific location and the equipment required. We request to get in touch with our team to know the exact quote.
