Premium Travertine Pavers for Outdoor Areas

Travertine pavers are one of the most popular choices for beautiful backyards in Australia. These are thick, heavy stone blocks (30mm thick) made for outdoor spaces like patios, paths, and pool areas.

Unlike factory-made concrete or porcelain pavers, travertine is 100% natural stone formed over thousands of years in hot springs. Every single paver has its own unique patterns, warm colors, and natural look that man-made products simply cannot copy.

Made for the Australian outdoor life

Travertine pavers look high-end and are a smart investment that can boost your home's value over time.

  • For pools: They have a textured surface that keeps your feet safe from slips and cool from the hot sun.
  • For patios and paths: They provide a strong, flat, and beautiful floor for outdoor dining and walking through your garden.

Why choose travertine pavers over concrete or porcelain?

  • They stay cool on hot days: Travertine does not absorb heat from the sun like concrete or dark tiles do. Even in the middle of a hot summer, these pavers stay comfortable for bare feet.
  • They last for decades: While travertine feels soft to touch, our 30mm thick pavers are incredibly tough. They can handle heavy outdoor furniture and lots of foot traffic without cracking or bending.
  • They do not fade in the sun: Concrete and synthetic pavers can fade or turn white under the harsh sun. Travertine is made by nature, so its colors will not bleach over time.
  • They keep your family safe: Our outdoor pavers have a natural texture with open pores. This gives them an excellent grip, making them safe for kids running around wet pool decks.

Where to use travertine pavers

  1. Pool areas

Travertine is the best choice for pool surrounds. It easily handles splashes from salt water and lets water drain away naturally. Most importantly, it stays cool even in 40°C heat.

  1. Patios and backyards

Using travertine pavers on your patio creates a beautiful outdoor living room. The natural patterns easily hide daily dirt, dust, and footprints, making them very low maintenance.

  1. Driveways and carports

Because our pavers are a thick 30mm, they are strong enough to handle cars when installed properly on a concrete base. We recommend darker colors like Silver or Noche for driveways.

  1. Garden paths and backyard walls

You can use these pavers to build gorgeous garden pathways that look beautiful against green grass. They can also be installed vertically on backyard walls to give your garden a luxury resort feel.

Choose your color

We offer four beautiful, earthy colors to match your backyard design:

  • Ivory: A bright, creamy white. It reflects natural light beautifully and makes smaller backyards look much larger and more open.
  • Beige: A warm, sandy color. This classic European style is highly popular because it easily hides outdoor dust and dirt.
  • Silver-Grey: A modern mix of cool greys and silver veins. It creates a stunning, sharp contrast next to green lawns and wooden decks.
  • Noche: A deep chocolate brown and rich walnut color. Perfect for a bold, classic look or a cozy driveway.

Popular paver sizes

We supply our 30mm thick outdoor pavers in three easy-to-use styles:

  • 610 x 406 mm: Our most popular rectangle size. It makes patios and pool areas look longer and wider.
  • 610 x 610 mm: A modern square size that creates a clean, simple, and neat grid pattern.
  • French Pattern: A mix of four different sizes laid out together. It gives your backyard a beautiful, classic European look.

How to clean and look after outdoor pavers

Taking care of your pavers is very easy if you remember these simple rules:

  1. Seal the stone every 1 to 2 years

Travertine has tiny natural pores that can absorb liquids. Applying a protective liquid sealer keeps stains out and protects the stone from pool salt or weather damage.

  • The water test: Splash a little water on your paver. If the water sits on top in a bead, your stone is protected. If it soaks in and darkens the stone, it is time to put on a new layer of sealer.
  1. Basic daily cleaning
  • Sweep up sand: Use a broom or leaf blower to clear away dirt and sand regularly. Walking on gritty sand can scratch the stone over time.
  • Use gentle soap: When washing your pavers, only use mild, pH-neutral cleaners made for natural stone.
  • Wipe spills fast: Things like red wine, coffee, or lemon juice can stain or dull the stone. Soak up spills immediately with a paper towel—never wipe, or you will spread the stain.
  1. What to avoid
What to avoid Why you must avoid it
Vinegar, Lemon, & Bleach These are highly acidic. They will chemically burn the stone and leave permanent, ugly white dull spots.
Wire Brushes & Scratchy Pads These will scratch the beautiful surface and ruin the finish of the stone.
Generic Glossy Sealers Standard wet-look or acrylic sealers trap moisture inside the stone, which can cause the stone to rot over time.
High-Pressure Washers Using extreme water pressure can blast open the natural holes in the stone, making it much harder to keep clean in the future.
